The school gates will be open at 07:45 am & close at 08:00 am.
Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school beyond the specific time given.
Every student should attend class regularly and punctually. Students are expected to come to school with all necessary stationery and books.
All students should present themselves in neat and clean school uniform. ID cards are mandatory. Personal cleanliness and hygiene are recommended to all. Finger and toe nails should be clipped and kept clean. Nail polish should not be used. No jewellery except small ear-rings may be worn by the girl child.
A student will not be allowed to leave early except on unavoidable medical grounds.
Eating on the stairs and in the corridors is not allowed.
Snacks must be eaten in the lunch area and refuse put in the receptacles provided. Students are not allowed to chew gum or eat during class hours. They must carry a serviette for snack time.
Students should be particularly careful not to throw paper or other rubbish anywhere in the school premises. They should use the baskets and bins provided for the purpose.
Pupils must look after their own belongings. The school will not be held responsible for books, money or other valuables brought to school.
Any kind of damage done to the school property must be reported to the Principal and the cost incurred toward repairs may be compensated by the parents.
No collection for any purpose whatsoever is to be made without the prior permission of the Principal.
Private tuitions are discouraged. Teachers of our school are not allowed to give tuition to students of this school.
Students found guilty of disturbing the normal functioning of the school shall run the risk of summary dismissal from the school.
Students should remember that they are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both inside and outside the school.
The school reserves the right to give notice of withdrawal to the parents of those students whose progress is not satisfactory, or whose conduct is harmful to others. Insubordination or contempt of authority is a sufficient reason for immediate dismissal.
Writing or making grooves on walls and furniture or on any articles is strictly prohibited.
Habitual negligence of school work, dishonesty, obscenity in word or action, insubordination or such other acts of misbehaviour will involve severe disciplinary action, which in extreme cases will be expulsion from the school.
All are expected to speak in English in the school premises.
During school hours, no student is allowed to go out of the premises without the permission of the Principal.
Every student must be in possession of this handbook at all times.
Students are not permitted to be in possession of a cell phone/ camera/ ipod/ ipad/psp/pen drive/flash drive or any other electronic gadget for any reason in the school campus which includes the school ground. Students caught violating this policy will have their gadgets confiscated. Violation would invite forfeiture of the cell phone/camera/ipod/gadget/device. The cell phone/camera will be confiscated and the sim card, memory card or any data will be handed over only to the parent.
Photography/videography of teachers/students by parents is not permitted.
Silence should be maintained in the classrooms throughout school hours.
